Suzy’s mission is to bring joy to women’s lives by helping them dress fabulously and share their stories with the world.
As an entrepreneur, award-winning mentor in finance, and a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship as a tool for positive global transformation, Suzy has made significant contributions to empowering women. She is the founder of SuzyQJewels, Frugal Divas, and now Empowered in Heels, Through this book series, Suzy highlights the stories of women she admires, offering real-life experiences that inspire and uplift others.
Suzy’s goal is to revolutionize how we support and celebrate women by providing them with a platform to share their stories authentically. Each story in Empowered in Heels aims to inspire and encourage readers worldwide—one story at a time.

As founder of the spiritual gathering Love In Motion, she leads reflective discussions that bring Biblical wisdom into conversation with today’s challenges. A lifelong performer with a naturally captivating voice, Tina has shared her music at community events, weddings, and public stages. Tina also is a keynote speaker, where she tells a powerful personal story—one shaped by cultural expectations and domestic violence. Through those trials she found a resilient voice and a renewed purpose: to inspire others to rise, reclaim their stories, and live with courage and compassion.

Jessica Shiu is a Regional Manager in the aviation industry and a passionate advocate for leadership with compassion. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, she has built her career on resilience, independence, and the belief that true success comes from uplifting others. A devoted mother, daughter, and leader, Jessica balances her professional achievements with her greatest joy—her daughter, Jessvin. Through her story, she inspires women to embrace their uniqueness, trust the process, and turn challenges into stepping stones toward growth.
Cindy Robinson
My name is Cindy Robinson, and I embrace a life rooted in simplicity and nature, spending my summers camping and residing in a charming cottage in a small fishing village on the shores of Lake Erie, I now focus on my true calling as an ordained minister and wedding officiant. I craft personalized wedding scripts for couples, helping to make their special day totally unique.
However, my journey has been far from ordinary. Raised in an emotionally troubled family, I spiraled into a life of addiction and rebellion, carrying the weight of false responsibilities that left me broken and confused. My turning point came on March 7, 1991, when an encounter with Jesus completely transformed my life. In one year, I was delivered from all my addictions, healed, and set free by God’s grace and love.
My story is one of profound healing, and now, my greatest passion is to guide others toward their own paths of freedom and restoration. Whether preaching in churches, leading communities, or offering encouragement wherever I go, I use every platform to share the hope and freedom I have found, helping others overcome the struggles that once held me captive.

Kelly Whynot, a 48-year-old multi-talented entrepreneur from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, embodies resilience, reinvention, and empowerment. With Italian, German, and Indigenous roots, she has built a vibrant career as a businesswoman in dental sales, a published runway model who has graced the catwalk and the pages of many fashion magazines. She is an actress, fashion stylist, and artist and part of BizFashion Magazine.
She is an influencer and inspires others to live their best life , and by sharing her story of resilience , determination and growth, in EMPOWERED IN HEELS, Book 5, she helps others overcome their struggles
Sirene Qureshi
My name is Sirene Qureshi, and I am first generation Canadian from a South Asian family. I have two degrees and two college certificates. I volunteer and have done placements and internships. I also work because I am independent and am trying to build my networks. I also have Chronic Depression which can be challenging at times. What I enjoy the most are the people who make my life as beautiful as them. Sharing my story actually empowers people. Because of my culture people find me fascinating. I believe to be human is to serve.
